The Team

FPS is a consultancy business dedicated to assisting businesses understand and comply with existing and forthcoming fire regulations.

The vast majority of premises (except private residences) are obliged to comply with existing and new regulations. H.M. Government estimate at least 4 million premises will be regulated by the new Fire Regulations.

Our goal is to provide support to achieve initial and on-going compliance for all our clients.

The business was founded by: -

Richard Andrews FRICS
Senior partner in Peter North, a firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Oxfordshire. Richard has 30 years experience of dealing with property issues and advising clients on all areas of compliance. He has a wide range of expertise covering most types of premises and has significant specialism in the hospitality and commercial sectors.

Philip Eades MRICS
Partner in Peter North Chartered Surveyors. Philip has 20 years experience of all forms of construction and liasing with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance

Marcus Harborne FBII
10 years in risk management and the provision of training to senior and line management. Marcus has a wide range of expertise in most areas of risk analysis and specific specialism in the hospitality and office environments.

Michael Watts FCCA
Over 30 years experience in the commercial environment. Previously Chief Executive of Morland plc. Has dealt with a wide selection of regulatory authorities and has significant understanding of the needs of business. Expertise in the hospitality/leisure sectors.
