Online Fire Risk Assessment Forms
Completing an FPS online Fire Risk Assessment form is the simplest and quickest answer to making sure you comply with the new Fire Regulations. Complete the simple questionnaire online, receive all your compliance
documents and meet the new regulations which came in force as from 1st October 2006,
all for only £75 + VAT. Our online form is easy to complete, requiring you in
the main to answer questions simply by ticking boxes. Some initial questions may
require you to type your name, address, contact information etc, but this is
kept to a minimum. All instructions are easily accessed. You must comply with Fire Safety Regulations by law so make sure you complete your Fire Risk Assessment FRA form as soon as possible.
